Our Philosophy

EDT Projects was established over 13 years ago with a founding vision to provide exceptional construction services within a more personalised enterprise. This business attribute is important to us and is shared with our clients. It was the catalyst for the establishment of EDT and continues to drive us into the future.

Our clients deal directly with EDT Projects and our honesty and integrity is always on display. We take great pride in our work, the partnerships we form with our clients, and the many referrals they provide.

EDT understands that every project is unique. We never cease to challenge and investigate design and buildability alternatives that offer cost, time, quality and improved maintenance opportunities for our clients.

We know how to work in highly complex operating environments where “business as usual” for both our clients and their customers is paramount. This is acknowledged by our projects and the repeat business that EDT Projects obtains.

Our Head Office is centrally located in Artarmon to provide convenient access to our ever-growing network of clients and projects across Sydney and Regional NSW.

• Understand the relationship between base building and the efficiency of cost effective fitout.
eg. Palace Cinemas on Norton Street, Leichhardt.

• Develop design and/or buildability alternatives that reduce both delivery and maintenance risk for the client.

• Understand the surrounding environment’s limitations to offer a buildable and clever solution.  Working in coastal environments and in the watertable.
