EDT Projects was assigned the Pier B Bussing Bay construction at Sydney International Airport’s busy T1.  The International Terminal was to be extended to accommodate the bussing of A380 passengers into the main building terminal.

The extension included a glass lift, escalator and geometric, as well as an architecturally designed Woodform ceiling.

This project was completed on time and without incident, ready for SACL’s peak period of activity – just prior to Christmas.

EDT’s expertise in construction planning and stakeholder management, were key to the successful delivery of this project which was located in a very difficult airside position, nestled between two existing A380 aircraft bays.
